The Dunes, Scarborough – a development designed to revitalise it’s world-class coastal location. It was this notion that informed the creative platform ‘It’s Time’. The concept of time was central to our communications – through clever use of time references in visuals and messaging, prompting buyers that now is the right time to consider living in a coastal apartment.
